Marco brings with him more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience supporting regional and global players in the automotive and manufacturing sectors to develop growth strategies, improve performance, and transform their supply chain. His beginnings in the automotive industry give him a unique perspective on the issues facing automakers and the industry. “My previous experience in the industry and in consulting helps me blend theory and innovation and enables me to have a tangible impact,” says Marco.
Some of his past engagements include the business transformation for a luxury automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM), transforming its operating model and IT function; redesigning the global sales and marketing organization for a luxury car brand; developing a retail and wholesale aftersales strategy for a leading player in the automotive parts sector; and redesigning the customer journey for a premium automotive OEM, enabling digital opportunities.
Beyond the automotive industry, Marco has worked on the merger and integration strategy for two industry leaders, procurement transformation for a global industrial player, and global supply-chain transformation for a leader in the agricultural and construction industry, among many other engagements.
