Rosangela D’Affuso is the Head of Group IT & Security Governance in Generali; she joined the Insurance Group recently, after fifteen years of experience in IT and Security governance within the Financial Sector. 

Rosangela started in CheBanca!, the retail bank of Mediobanca Group, in 2008 and moved to Veneto Banca Group in 2013. After three years she joined UniCredit Group, her last work experience before becoming part of Generali early-May 2023.  

She strengthened Security governance experience starting from 2020 when, in UniCredit, Rosangela held the position of the Group CSO Business Assistant and then the Head of Digital Security Governance & Controls at Group level. 

Rosangela loves reading and travelling around the world; despite her degree in Computer Engineering, she is still attached to humanistic subjects, early love date back to the Classical Gymnasium period.
