Mr. JIANG joined BOC in 199 5 and served as Deputy General Manager

A ssistant G eneral M anager , H ead of S upply C hain F inance and H ead of

F actoring of Global Trade Services Department of BOC Head Office

from 20 05 to 2017 He has ever esta blished and improved the

infrastructure of S upply C hain F inance for Bank of China , and

accumulated rich experiences of management during over 20 years’

career in BOC , especially in S upply C hain F inance ””. Mr. JIANG

previously has bee n serving as a member of executive committee and

vice president of Factors Chain International ( FCI).

He obtained both Master and Bachelor degree from Peking University
